These Terms set out the rules for using the Majesticclubdune website and for any service, reservation or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are aimed at adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you state that this applies to you. We may ask for photographic identification upon arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and confirmation.
• Prices appear in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be charged separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to secure a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless another arrangement is agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled at no charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Inside fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows are billed for the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly advised.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest endangers staff or other guests, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible gaming; self-exclusion and limits can be set at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Majesticclubdune or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and related intellectual-property laws.

This website may include links to third-party sites. We are not accountable for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
